John Walker

Nebraska Soccer Head Coach

The only coach in Nebraska soccer history, John Walker brings a wealth of collegiate and international experience to the Husker program. Walker has led NU to 11 trips to the NCAA Tournament, including eight Sweet 16 bids and two trips to the Elite Eight. Most recently, Walker led the Huskers to both the Big Ten Conference regular-season and tournament titles during the 2013 season as Nebraska finished the year ranked 13th in the nation. Walker and the Huskers hit their 300-win milestone with their win at BYU in August 2016.

Marty Everding
Nebraska Soccer Assistant Coach

Marty Everding returned to the Huskers as an interim assistant coach for the 2010 season and then moved to a permanent assistant in 2011 after spending 13 years with Nebraska from 1994 to 2006. In his previous stint with the program, Everding played a crucial role in the ascension of Nebraska’s program to national prominence.

Ian Bridge

Nebraska Soccer Assistant Coach

Ian Bridge began his first season with the Huskers in 2015 after spending the prior two years as an assistant coach for the University of Victoria men’s soccer team. With the Canadian National women’s soccer team for the past 14 years, Bridge brings an impressive list of coaching experience.
